STATUS OF WORK

  1. 1. ROAD WORK: The external road access to the project as well as internal road of the building construction has partly been completed.
  2. 2. DRAINAGE : Underground sewer system is completed to few building and rest are to be completed which are connecting through the building.
  3. 3. DRINKING WATER: Pipe line for drinking water is connected to the finished building but few are under process to the under construction building. The water can be available through deep bore wells and likely to be finished before the handover/ possession of the building.
  4. 4. FIRE FIGHTING FACILITY: Proper Fire Extinguisher will be installed to all the blocks specially at every landings and at electoral panel room and this facility will be completed before the handing over possession.
  5. 5. EMERGENCY EVACUATION : The Emergency evacuation will be through centrally located staircase that leads to an exit leading to street with the help of security guard and also different passageway, roadway and access to all areas of the building will kept clear all the time. This facility will be available for every individual of the blocks.
  6. 6. RENEWAL ENERGY: Solar panels will be installed to cater the street lights specially and will be completed before handing over possession.
  7. 7. ELECTRICITY : Applied for electricity at the office of WBSEDCL for installation of pole as required in the project and It will be obtained by individual blocks /units from WBSEDCL on submission of requisite application pro-forma and the necessary infra –structure work will be provided by the developer. The electricity charges and its infrastructures shall not be included in the flat.
  8. 8. SECURITY SERVICES : It will be available to individual on payment of necessary charges including CCTV Camera facility, will be intimated at the time of possession.
  9. 9. Present status of the Building

    • G- All brick work and Inside & outside plaster is completed, outer and inner plaster done. Putty and other fitting are in progress.
